Our Bronze product focuses on the quintessence of dealing with the legally binding obligations among you and the builder. We will prepare the contract and make a site visit at the end of the project to access the build and prepare a snagging list for the contractor.

If you have the time to manage the build yourself, but you want the reassurance of a professional contractual agreement, this service is for you.

Silver - Project admin including monitoring on major stages - £3,200.00 +Vat for projects up to 130 sqm

Our Silver product focuses on dealing with the legally binding obligations among you and the builder with sigh off of the major work during construction and reporting. We will prepare the contract and make three site visits during construction including inspection and sign off, of the structural work, sign off, of plumbing, electrical and plasterboard, sign off of finishes and snagging list. 

Following our site visits, we will issue minutes of the meeting and a programme report.  We will respond to, monitor and challenge cost variations. We will also check the invoices that the contractor has raised to see that they tally with the work completed on-site and the price previously agreed.  We will then issue certificates for payment as required under the contract.

Gold Contract administration and monitoring £7,500.00 +Vat for properties up to 130 sqm

 

For clients that require a hands-free build, we offer our gold package. Our Gold package is Contract Administration with a Project Monitoring.

The Gold administration offers a lot higher level of control than a designer would generally offer for your undertaking. Your engineer will be engaged with the everyday running of your venture. They will ensure that your build is being developed to the right specifications and timeframe. Your engineer will monitor the builder, and guarantee that the deadlines are met. The engineer will visit the site every seven days.  The visit will incorporate a minuted site meeting with your builder and to ensure that all tasks from last weeks meetings are completed. This degree of management gives us a decent comprehension of what's going on-site and allows us to investigate the works routinely. We would then be able to comprehend the data and can examine the progress on-site and assist you in resolving any variations on work or programme. We will also check cost variations and challenge them and issue payment certificates.
