To achieve the architectural challenges, we introduced BIM modelling in small scale projects that allow us to avoid costly modifications during construction. Our engineers are 3D and BIM literate on large and small scale projects. At Ritzi, we redesign and reconfigure the entire process of delivering building regulation packages to other professionals, to the contractors and building control. We combined the knowledge derived from old school practices with today's innovative tools delivering structures that are functional and aesthetically pleasing.
